Onyx is designed to keep your personal routine private. We do not sell personal data. Onyx has no advertising and no third party analytics.
Onyx stores the habits, tasks, saved task durations, focus sessions, appearance choice, and notification preferences that you enter or choose. This information is stored on your devices. When iCloud is available, Apple can sync Onyx data through your private iCloud account.
The developer does not collect your habit or focus data. Onyx does not create an account and does not use tracking technology. Onyx uses Apple frameworks for local storage, optional iCloud synchronization, notifications, widgets, and Apple Watch communication.
Apple processes purchases and subscriptions through the App Store. The developer does not receive your payment card details. Apple provides purchase status so Onyx can unlock paid features such as full history, pause and resume, dark mode, and custom focus durations.
Your local data remains available while Onyx is installed. You can remove local data by deleting the app. Data synced through iCloud is managed through your Apple account and device settings. Onyx does not provide a developer hosted account or a developer hosted data export service.
Onyx is a general productivity app. The developer does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
This policy may change when Onyx features or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated.
